Our main priority is to provide our clients and candidates the highest possible quality service. Our consultants and researchers are therefore trying to get all the important parameters of the candidates’ preferred job opportunities (prefered technology stack, salary/rate, location of the job etc.) in order to contact them with the most relevant and interesting job opportunities, moreover in a way (for example only by email) and in the time period that the candidates themselves prefer.
We send the candidates’ personal data to SearchTeam clients only with candidates´ prior consent.
The security of data processing and storage of the personal data is one of our top priorities. The company has set up a number of technical, procedural and organizational measures to ensure that data processing and retention is performed in order to meet high data security standards.
In the event that your data will no longer be accurate or up-to-date (for example, changing wage expectations over time, preferred technologies, etc.), our consultant will discuss these changes via phone or e-mail with you and then update them in our system.
